96 Game bird farmer licences—Game Management Authority may approve certain matters

(1) For the purposes of regulation 92(a), the Game Management Authority may give written approval to the holder of a game bird farmer licence to keep the specified birds at a different premises from the premises specified in the licence.

(2) The Game Management Authority may impose conditions on an approval given under subregulation (1).

(3) The holder of a game bird farmer licence may apply for an approval under this regulation in the manner specified by the Game Management Authority.
