95 Game bird farmer licences—applicable codes of practice

It is a condition of any game bird farmer licence that the licence holder must comply with—

(a) the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Animals on Private Game Reserves licensed to hunt game birds, made under section 7(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1986, as published from time to time; and

(b) the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Animals in Hunting (Revision Number 1), made under section 7(1) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1986, as published from time to time.
