91 Condition relating to processing wildlife

(1) It is a condition of a licence to which this section applies that the licence holder must not process, for the purpose of preparing and mounting, or restoring, parts or complete specimens of wildlife in a manner which could be regarded as taxidermy.

(2) In this regulation—

licence to which this section applies means any of the following—

(a) game bird farmer licence;

(b) wildlife processor licence;
