69 Wildlife dealer licences—information on wildlife care requirements
(1) It is a condition of any wildlife dealer licence that the licence holder must provide information to each person who buys, acquires or receives wildlife from the licence holder that outlines the requirements for the proper feeding, care, housing and welfare of that taxon of wildlife.
(2) It is a condition of any wildlife dealer licence that the licence holder must provide the information described in subregulation (1) to an authorised officer upon request and, if the authorised officer requests any changes to the information, make those changes within 5 business days of the request.
