68 Wildlife dealer licences—persons with whom a wildlife transaction may occur

(1) It is a condition of any wildlife dealer licence that the licence holder must not buy, acquire or receive wildlife listed in Part B of Schedule 4 from a person unless the person produces evidence of the person's identity.

(2) It is a condition of any wildlife dealer licence that the licence holder must not buy, acquire or receive wildlife from a person unless—

(b) the licence holder has obtained the prior written approval of the Secretary to buy, acquire or receive that wildlife from that person.

(3) It is a condition of any wildlife dealer licence that the licence holder must not sell or dispose of wildlife to a person unless—

(b) the licence holder has obtained the prior written approval of the Secretary to sell or dispose of that wildlife to that person.
