64 Wildlife controller licences—Secretary may approve certain matters

(1) For the purposes of regulation 62, the Secretary may give written approval to the holder of a wildlife controller licence to dispose of, but not sell, wildlife to a person or an organisation that is not specified in the licence.

(3) The holder of a wildlife controller licence may apply for an approval under this regulation in the manner specified by the Secretary.
