57 Dingo licences—Secretary may approve certain matters

(1) The Secretary may give written approval to the holder of a dingo licence to do any of the following—

(a) for the purposes of regulation 49(1)(b), buy, acquire or receive a dingo from the person specified in the approval;

(b) for the purposes of regulation 49(2)(b), sell or dispose of a dingo to the person specified in the approval;

(c) for the purposes of regulation 50, buy, sell, acquire, receive or dispose of any dingo pup that is less than 7 weeks of age;

(d) for the purposes of regulation 51(e), keep dingoes at an address that is different from the address specified in the licence for the purpose specified in the approval.

(3) The holder of a dingo licence may apply for an approval under subregulation (1) in the manner specified by the Secretary.
