35 Additional records required for wildlife demonstrator licence
(1) It is a condition of a wildlife demonstrator licence that the licence holder must record the date, time and venue of all demonstrations conducted under the licence in a form and manner approved by the Secretary.
(2) It is a condition of a wildlife demonstrator licence that the licence holder must complete a record referred to in subregulation (1) accurately, legibly and permanently.
(3) It is a condition of a wildlife demonstrator licence that the licence holder must produce their records of demonstrations referred to in subregulation (1) for inspection when requested by an authorised officer.
