26 Application fees for renewal of wildlife licence

(1) An application for the renewal of a category of wildlife licence listed in Column 2 of Schedule 1 must be accompanied by the following fee—

(a) if the application is for the licence to be renewed for less than 18 months, the fee listed opposite that category of licence in Column 3 of Schedule 1 divided by 12 and multiplied by the number of months for which the licence is to be renewed;

(b) if the application is for the licence to be renewed for 18 months or more, the fee listed opposite that category of licence in Column 3 of Schedule 1 divided by 15 and multiplied by the number of months for which the licence is to be renewed.

(2) If the Secretary is satisfied that an applicant for the renewal of a private wildlife licence is an eligible person within the meaning of the State Concessions Act 2004, the fee to accompany the application is half the amount referred to in subregulation (1).
