140 Prescribed poisons under section 54
For the purposes of section 54 of the Act, the following substances are prescribed—
(a) any poison or controlled substance within the meaning of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981;
(b) any agricultural chemical product within the meaning of the Agvet Code of Victoria.
