13 Wildlife dealer licence

A wildlife dealer licence authorises the licence holder to—

(a) buy, sell, acquire, receive, dispose of, keep, possess, breed and display, for the commercial purposes of dealing in wildlife—

(i) a taxon of living wildlife that is listed in Schedule 2, Part A of Schedule 3, Part B of Schedule 4 or Schedule 7 and specified in the licence; or

(ii) if no taxon of wildlife is specified in the licence, any living wildlife listed in Schedule 2, Part A of Schedule 3, Part B of Schedule 4 or Schedule 7; and

(b) dispose of but not sell—

(i) a taxon of dead wildlife that is listed in Schedule 2, Part A of Schedule 3, Part B of Schedule 4 or Schedule 7 and specified in the licence; or

(ii) if no taxon of dead wildlife is specified in the licence, any dead wildlife listed in Schedule 2, Part A of Schedule 3, Part B of Schedule 4 or Schedule 7.
