105 Wildlife farmer licences—Secretary may approve certain matters
(1) The Secretary may give written approval to the holder of a wildlife farmer licence to do any of the following—
(a) for the purposes of regulation 101(b), obtain wildlife that has not been bred in captivity from a source specified in the approval;
(b) for the purposes of regulation 104(1)(b), buy, acquire or receive wildlife from the person specified in the approval;
(c) for the purposes of regulation 104(2)(b), sell or dispose of wildlife to the person specified in the approval.
(3) The holder of a wildlife farmer licence may apply for an approval under subregulation (1) in the manner specified by the Secretary.
