104 Wildlife farmer licences—persons with whom a wildlife transaction may occur

(1) It is a condition of any wildlife farmer licence that the licence holder must not buy, acquire or receive wildlife from a person unless—

(a) the person holds a wildlife farmer licence or wildlife dealer licence; or

(b) the licence holder has obtained the prior written approval of the Secretary to buy, acquire or receive that wildlife from that person.

(2) It is a condition of any wildlife farmer licence that the licence holder must not sell or dispose of wildlife to a person unless—

(i) in the case of living wildlife, holds a wildlife farmer licence, wildlife dealer licence, wildlife basic licence or wildlife advanced licence; or

(ii) in the case of dead wildlife, holds a wildlife processor licence or a wildlife taxidermist licence; or

(iii) is an exempt person for the purposes of buying, acquiring or receiving that wildlife; or

(b) the licence holder has obtained the prior written approval of the Secretary to sell or dispose of that wildlife to that person.
