102 Wildlife farmer licences—condition relating to supervision
It is a condition of any wildlife farmer licence that the licence holder must—
(a) in the case of a licence holder who is a natural person, ensure that the premises specified in the licence are under the direct supervision of the licence holder or an employee of the licence holder at all times while any activities relating to the destruction or processing of wildlife are taking place; or
(b) in the case of a licence holder who is not a natural person, ensure that the natural person responsible for managing the activities authorised under the licence is present while any activities relating to the destruction or processing of wildlife are taking place.
