##### 69M Seizure of goods other than specimens (1) This section applies to goods (including vehicles, vessels, aircraft, platforms and documents), but does not apply to a specimen. (2) An inspector may seize goods if the inspector has reasonable grounds to suspect that: (a) the goods have been used or otherwise involved in the commission of an offence against this Act or the regulations; or (b) the goods will afford evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act or the regulations.
