##### 57ZK Committee established by Exotic Birds Committee—member’s appointment to be terminated for non‑disclosure of interests When section applies (1) This section applies to a member of a committee established under section 57ZI. Appointment of member to be terminated for non‑disclosure of interests (2) The Exotic Birds Committee must terminate the appointment of the member if the member fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 57ZJ. Power of termination not limited (3) Subsection (2) does not, by implication, limit the Exotic Birds Committee’s power to terminate the appointment of the member.
