##### 57N Offence of contravening conditions
(1) A person is guilty of an offence if:
(a) the person is the holder, or one of the holders, of a registration certificate; and
(b) the person engages in conduct; and
(c) the conduct contravenes a condition of the certificate.
Penalty: 120 penalty units.
(2) In this section:
> engage in conduct means:
(a) do an act; or
(b) omit to perform an act.
