##### 48 Compliance with conditions of permit or authority (1) A person is guilty of an offence if: (a) the person holds a permit or authority; and (b) the person engages in conduct; and (c) the conduct contravenes a condition imposed under subsection 47(1) in respect of the permit or authority or, in the case of an authority under section 43, the condition to which the authority is subject under subsection 43(8). Penalty: 120 penalty units. (2) In this section: > engage in conduct means: (a) do an act; or (b) omit to perform an act.
