##### 25 Permits to export not to be granted if detrimental to survival of kind of animals or plants The Minister shall not grant a permit to export a specimen unless the Minister is satisfied that the export of the specimen will not be detrimental to, or contribute to trade which is detrimental to, the survival of: (a) any species or sub‑species; or (b) any population specified in Schedule 1, 2 or 3.
