Tasmania regulation
This order revokes the National Parks and Wildlife Order 1972 and dissolves the Wildlife Advisory Committee, taking effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (ss 2–3). It removes the statutory basis for that advisory body; organisations or persons who previously interacted with the Committee will no longer do so under that instrument.
The order imposes no new fees or duties; its operation is commenced by Gazette notification (s 2) and it is administered by the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment (s 3 note).

This order may be cited as the Wildlife Advisory Committee Revocation Order 2000 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
On the day on which this order takes effect –
(a) the National Parks and Wildlife Order 1972 (S.R. 1972, No. 292) is revoked; and
(b) the Wildlife Advisory Committee established under that order is dissolved.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
