85K Suspension of seal tour permits (1) If the Secretary is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to do so, the Secretary may suspend a seal tour permit by notice in writing given to the holder of the permit. (a) from the time specified in the notice under subsection (1), which must be after the day on which the notice is given; and (b) subject to section 85L, for the period (not exceeding 90 days) specified in the notice. S. 85L inserted by No. 45/2008 s. 30.
