74N Principal law enforcement officers' reports S. 74N(1) amended by No. 24/2014 s. 62. (1) Within 2 months after the completion of an authorised operation, the principal law enforcement officer for the operation must make a report in accordance with this section to the Secretary or Game Management Authority (as appropriate). (a) the date and time when the authorised operation began and its duration; and (b) the nature of the controlled conduct engaged in for the purposes of the operation; and (c) details of the outcome of the operation; and (d) if the operation involved illicit goods, a statement (to the extent known) of— (ii) the route through which the illicit goods passed in the course of the operation; and (e) details of any loss of or serious damage to property, or any personal injuries, occurring in the course of or as a direct result of the operation.
