21I Making submissions on suspension S. 21I(1) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 239. (1) The holder of a tour operator licence whose licence has been suspended under section 21H may make written submissions in respect of that suspension to the land manager within the period specified in the notice of suspension of licence. S. 21I(2) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 239. (2) The land manager must review the decision to suspend the licence on receipt of any submissions made under subsection (1). S. 21I(3) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 239. (3) In carrying out a review under subsection (2), the land manager— (a) must have regard to the submissions made under subsection (1); and S. 21I(4) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 239. (4) The land manager must notify the person whose licence has been suspended of the outcome of review. S. 21J inserted by No. 40/2009 s. 42.
