101 Transitional provision for game licence applications—Game Management Authority Act 2014 (a) a person has applied to the Secretary for a game licence under section 22A; and (b) the Secretary has not made a decision to grant or refuse the licence. (2) On and after the commencement day the Game Management Authority must determine the application. (3) In this section— ***commencement day*** means the day on which section 31 of the **Game Management Authority Act 2014** comes into operation. S. 102 inserted by No. 24/2014 s. 75.
