9 COMMUNITY REFERENCE GROUP The Licensee shall support the Environment Consultative Group ("ECG"). The ECG shall be chaired by a person independent of the Licensee. The ECG will meet every quarter (or as it decides) to review the impact of the Licensee's operations on the residents of Whyalla and may provide written reports to the Minister when the Minister so requests.
