8 MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE The Licensee must not undertake any significant changes to the activities licensed under the Licence that: (a) have the potential to significantly increase pollutants or waste currently generated; or (b) have the potential to significantly alter the nature of pollutants or waste currently generated; or (c) effect a significant relocation of a point of discharge or waste; without written approval from the Minister.
