10 DECLARATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT For the purposes of sections 25(3)(b) and 84(1)(b) of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) it is hereby provided that: (a) compliance with Conditions 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of this Licence will satisfy the Licensee's general environmental duty under section 25 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) in relation to the form of pollution referred to therein, namely, dust and all other emissions. (b) compliance with Conditions 3, 7 and 8 of this Licence will satisfy the Licensee's general environmental duty under section 25 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) in relation to the form of pollution referred to therein, namely, uncontrolled waste discharged into the marine environment. (c) compliance with Condition 4, 7 and 8 of this Licence will satisfy the Licensee's general environmental duty under section 25 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (SA) in relation to the form of pollution referred to therein, namely, asbestos waste and landfill within the meaning of this Licence.
