12 Credits of amounts to the Export Wheat Commission Special Account
(1) There are to be credited to the Export Wheat Commission Special Account amounts equal to the wheat export charge amounts received by the Commonwealth. (2) There are to be credited to the Export Wheat Commission Special Account amounts equal to amounts received by the Commonwealth by way of fees under subsection 57(3D).
