Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation cleans up the statute book by formally cancelling three outdated sets of rules about the Wheat Industry Fund Levy.

What it does:

Repeals (removes from law) three previous regulations:
- The 1989 Wheat Industry Fund Levy Regulations
- The 1990 amendments to those regulations
- The 1991 amendments to those regulations

Who it affects:

Wheat growers and industry participants who were previously subject to levy collection rules under the old regulations

Why it matters:

This is a housekeeping measure that tidies up the legal framework by removing obsolete administrative rules. It prevents confusion from having outdated levy collection procedures still sitting on the books and simplifies compliance for the wheat industry.
