58 Wheat Industry Special Account
(1) The Wheat Exports Australia Special Account that was, immediately before the commencement of this subsection, in existence under this Act, is continued in existence as the Wheat Industry Special Account. (2) The Wheat Industry Special Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
