sec.94 References to previous provisions in documents
A reference in a permit or other document to a previous provision of this plan may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision for the previous provision. In this section— corresponding provision , for a previous provision, means a provision of this plan that is substantially the same as or equivalent to the previous provision. s 94 ins 2020 SL No. 176 s 56 (sec.94-ssec.1) A reference in a permit or other document to a previous provision of this plan may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the corresponding provision for the previous provision.
