sec.93 Undecided rezoning application

This section applies if— before the 2020 amendment day, an application was made under previous schedule 1, section 1(2); and immediately before the 2020 amendment day, the application had not been decided. Previous schedule 1 continues to apply for dealing with and deciding the application as if the Wet Tropics (Review) Amendment Management Plan 2020 had not commenced. For subsection (2), the references in schedule 1, section 3(3)(c) to part 4, division 1 and part 4, divisions 2 to 4 are taken to be references to previous part 4, division 1 and previous part 4, divisions 2 to 4 respectively. s 93 ins 2020 SL No. 176 s 56 (sec.93-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the 2020 amendment day, an application was made under previous schedule 1, section 1(2); and immediately before the 2020 amendment day, the application had not been decided.
