sec.92 Undecided permit application
This section applies if— before the 2020 amendment day, an application for a permit was made; and immediately before the 2020 amendment day, the application had not lapsed and had not been decided. The following provisions continue to apply for dealing with and deciding the application as if the Wet Tropics (Review) Amendment Management Plan 2020 had not commenced— previous section 47; previous section 51(2); previous part 4, divisions 2 and 4. s 92 ins 2020 SL No. 176 s 56 (sec.92-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the 2020 amendment day, an application for a permit was made; and immediately before the 2020 amendment day, the application had not lapsed and had not been decided. (sec.92-ssec.2) The following provisions continue to apply for dealing with and deciding the application as if the Wet Tropics (Review) Amendment Management Plan 2020 had not commenced— previous section 47; previous section 51(2); previous part 4, divisions 2 and 4.
