sec.91 Registration of existing cooperative management agreements
This section applies in relation to an existing cooperative management agreement. On the 2020 amendment day, the authority must register the cooperative management agreement under section 43D(2)(a). For subsection (2), section 43D(2) applies as if the existing cooperative management agreement had been entered into on the 2020 amendment day. In this section— existing cooperative management agreement means a cooperative management agreement that— was entered into under section 41 as in force before the 2020 amendment day; and was in force immediately before the 2020 amendment day. s 91 ins 2020 SL No. 176 s 56 (sec.91-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an existing cooperative management agreement. (sec.91-ssec.2) On the 2020 amendment day, the authority must register the cooperative management agreement under section 43D(2)(a). (sec.91-ssec.3) For subsection (2), section 43D(2) applies as if the existing cooperative management agreement had been entered into on the 2020 amendment day. (sec.91-ssec.4) In this section— existing cooperative management agreement means a cooperative management agreement that— was entered into under section 41 as in force before the 2020 amendment day; and was in force immediately before the 2020 amendment day.
- (a) was entered into under section 41 as in force before the 2020 amendment day; and
- (b) was in force immediately before the 2020 amendment day.
