sec.90 Reconfiguring a lot
This section applies if, before the 2020 amendment day— a person made a development application to a local government for the reconfiguration of a lot in the area; and a development approval was given for the reconfiguration. Section 26(1)(n) does not apply in relation to the reconfiguration of the lot under the development approval. In this section— development application see the Planning Act 2016 , schedule 2 . development approval see the Planning Act 2016 , section 49 (1) . s 90 ins 2020 SL No. 176 s 56 (sec.90-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the 2020 amendment day— a person made a development application to a local government for the reconfiguration of a lot in the area; and a development approval was given for the reconfiguration. (sec.90-ssec.2) Section 26(1)(n) does not apply in relation to the reconfiguration of the lot under the development approval.
