sec.76 Definitions
In this part— permit entity means an entity that, under section 77 , may issue a wet tropics permit. relevant Minister means— the State Minister; or a Minister who administers any of the following Acts— the Forestry Act 1959 the Land Act 1994 the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 the Water Act 2000 . s 76 def relevant Minister amd 2020 SL No. 176 s 52 sub 2023 SL No. 142 s 6 relevant permit means a licence, permit or other authority, other than a wet tropics permit, issued under an Act administered by a relevant Minister. wet tropics permit means a permit under this plan.
- (a) the State Minister; or
- (b) a Minister who administers any of the following Acts— • the Forestry Act 1959 • the Land Act 1994 • the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 • the Water Act 2000 .
