sec.72 How to start appeal
The appeal is started by— filing a written notice of appeal with the court; and serving a copy of the notice on the executive director. The notice of appeal must be filed within 60 days after written notice of the decision is given to the applicant under section 70 . The court may, at any time, extend the period for filing the notice of appeal. The notice of appeal must state the grounds of the appeal.
