sec.7 Zoning map
Each zone is shown on the zoning map prepared and held by the authority in digital electronic form. Subject to subsection (3) — the exact location of the boundary of a zone shown on the zoning map is held in digital electronic form by the authority; and the information held in digital electronic form can be reduced or enlarged to show the details of the boundary of the zone. The zoning map may include other information to help to identify the exact location of the boundary of a zone. The zoning map may identify the exact location of the boundary of a zone by reference to a stated distance from a geographical feature, road or structure shown on the map. s 7 sub 2020 SL No. 176 s 7 (sec.7-ssec.1) Each zone is shown on the zoning map prepared and held by the authority in digital electronic form. - (a) the exact location of the boundary of a zone shown on the zoning map is held in digital electronic form by the authority; and
- (b) the information held in digital electronic form can be reduced or enlarged to show the details of the boundary of the zone.
