sec.69 Review of decision
The authority must review the original permit decision as soon as practicable after receiving the request under section 68 . Part 4 , other than sections 45 , 46 and 53 , applies to the authority in making the review decision as if— the request for the review were an application; and the authority were making an original permit decision. Subsection (4) applies if the original permit decision relates to a permitted activity provided for under a cooperative management agreement to which section 43B relates. For subsection (2) , part 4 applies as affected by the cooperative management agreement under section 43B (2) . s 69 amd 2020 SL No. 176 s 51 (sec.69-ssec.1) The authority must review the original permit decision as soon as practicable after receiving the request under section 68 . - (a) the request for the review were an application; and
- (b) the authority were making an original permit decision.
