sec.68 Request for review of decision
The applicant may ask the authority to review an original permit decision. The request must be made within 60 days after written notice of the decision is given to the applicant under section 53 . The authority may, at any time, extend the period for making the request. The request must be made in writing to the executive director, giving reasons for the request and any information the applicant considers relevant.
