sec.66 Activities being carried out immediately before 2020 amendment day
This section applies if the application is for a permit to carry out an activity that the applicant was lawfully carrying out immediately before the 2020 amendment day. The authority must have regard to how often, or with what intensity, the applicant has been carrying out the activity. s 66 amd 2020 SL No. 176 s 50 (sec.66-ssec.1) This section applies if the application is for a permit to carry out an activity that the applicant was lawfully carrying out immediately before the 2020 amendment day.
