sec.64 Defence activities
This section applies if the authority considers a proposed activity may affect, or be affected by, the Commonwealth carrying out defence activities on land in the area. The authority must have regard to the need for the Commonwealth to carry out defence activities on land in the area. s 64 amd 2020 SL No. 176 s 48 (sec.64-ssec.1) This section applies if the authority considers a proposed activity may affect, or be affected by, the Commonwealth carrying out defence activities on land in the area.
