sec.54 Register of permit decisions
The authority must keep a register containing the following details for each permit decision— the date of the decision; and whether a permit was issued; and if a permit was issued— the name of the permit holder; and the activities for which the permit was issued; and any conditions applying to the permit; and the reasons for the decision. The register may be inspected free of charge, during office hours, at the authority’s head office.
