sec.43 Effect of cooperative management agreement on plan
This section applies if the authority and a person, or a group of persons, enter into a cooperative management agreement under section 41 . This plan applies to the person or group of persons subject to the cooperative management agreement. If the cooperative management agreement is entered into by the land-holder or native title holder for the agreement land, this plan also applies subject to the agreement in relation to the land. This section applies subject to sections 43A to 43D . s 43 sub 2020 SL No. 176 s 30 (sec.43-ssec.1) This section applies if the authority and a person, or a group of persons, enter into a cooperative management agreement under section 41 . (sec.43-ssec.2) This plan applies to the person or group of persons subject to the cooperative management agreement. (sec.43-ssec.3) If the cooperative management agreement is entered into by the land-holder or native title holder for the agreement land, this plan also applies subject to the agreement in relation to the land. (sec.43-ssec.4) This section applies subject to sections 43A to 43D .
