sec.4 Publication and inspection of zoning map and other documents
This section applies in relation to— the zoning map; or another document, if the authority is required under a provision of this plan to ensure the document is available for inspection under this section. The authority must ensure— the zoning map or other document— is published on the authority’s website; and may be inspected free of charge, during office hours at the authority’s head office and any other places the authority considers appropriate; and a copy of the zoning map, or a part of the zoning map, or the other document may be purchased from the authority for a reasonable fee. s 4 sub 2020 SL No. 176 s 4 (sec.4-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to— the zoning map; or another document, if the authority is required under a provision of this plan to ensure the document is available for inspection under this section. (sec.4-ssec.2) The authority must ensure— the zoning map or other document— is published on the authority’s website; and may be inspected free of charge, during office hours at the authority’s head office and any other places the authority considers appropriate; and a copy of the zoning map, or a part of the zoning map, or the other document may be purchased from the authority for a reasonable fee.
- (a) the zoning map; or
