sec.37 Activities in protected area
A permit may be issued to a person to carry out an activity in a protected area if the person holds a licence, permit or other authority to carry out the activity given under another Act administered by the nature conservation Minister. In this section— nature conservation Minister means the Minister administering the Nature Conservation Act 1992 in relation to protected areas. s 37 amd 2020 SL No. 176 s 23 (sec.37-ssec.1) A permit may be issued to a person to carry out an activity in a protected area if the person holds a licence, permit or other authority to carry out the activity given under another Act administered by the nature conservation Minister. (sec.37-ssec.2) In this section— nature conservation Minister means the Minister administering the Nature Conservation Act 1992 in relation to protected areas.
