sec.17 Rezoning of land to accommodate essential community services infrastructure
The zoning map may also be amended under schedule 1 . Schedule 1 provides for the rezoning of land in the area from zone B to zone C, on the application of a local government or State government entity, to accommodate essential community services infrastructure. s 17 (prev s 9) amd 2020 SL No. 176 s 9 (1) – (2) reloc and renum 2020 SL No. 176 s 9 (3) (sec.17-ssec.1) The zoning map may also be amended under schedule 1 .
