5 Establishment of University
A University is established by this Act, consisting of—
(a) a Board of Trustees, and
(b) (Repealed)
(c) the staff of the University, and
(d) the graduates and students of the University.
Note—
The University is a continuation of the University established by the University of Western Sydney Act 1988. Refer to Schedule 4.
