#### 15 Provision of information, advice and reports 15 Provision of information, advice and reports > > (1) The Authority is— > > > > > (a) to provide the Minister with information, advice and reports at the request of the Minister, and > > > > > (b) if requested to do so by a person approved by the Minister, to provide the person with any information relating to its activities that the person requests, but only if the information is of a class approved by the Minister, and > > > > > (c) to keep the Minister and the Commonwealth Minister informed of the general conduct of its activities and of any significant development in its activities. > > > (2) Any information provided by the Authority to a person under subsection (1)(b) must also be provided to the Minister.
