sec.72 Organisation that may be issued security licence (organisation), and weapons for licence
A security licence (organisation) may be issued— to an organisation that holds a security firm licence under the Security Providers Act 1993 ; and for a category C or H weapon that may be carried by a security guard under section 65 or a category E weapon.
- (a) to an organisation that holds a security firm licence under the Security Providers Act 1993 ; and
- (b) for a category C or H weapon that may be carried by a security guard under section 65 or a category E weapon.
